You complete a Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire online and then attend the Fit2Go Clinic for your Body Screen

The Fit2Go software then looks at how well your Body can take your Health and Lifestyle.

Body Screen

The Body Map highlights 28 areas of the Body with an injury risk on a traffic light system. This information is unique to you and we use this information to guide you towards the peak of your physical fitness and well-being.

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU GET FROM THE BODY SCREEN?

Each area highlighted is interactive. Simply click on the body part and our software will tell you exactly what you need to do to improve the area. You can either pick the areas in most need of attention or address it all. The choice is yours!

For each area selected the Information Sheet educates you on how that area is affected and you are given in depth advice on how to improve. You can even see a summary of all the Health, Lifestyle and Body measures taken on a Summary Sheet

You can even track your scores over time and compare your scores to others in your demographic. The Body Screen is also based on levels meaning the screening gets harder as you progress. Progress through the levels and win medals.

So that you know how to safely address the muscle imbalances picked up by the screening we give you tailored home exercises. We have even tailored the top 20 home exercise video channels for you to do at home.
