WHAT IS RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid therapy based on neuroscience that offers unparalleled results by combining the most beneficial principles of Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), & Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT).
RTT delivers extraordinary, permanent change from physical, emotional and psychological pain by reframing our core beliefs, values, habits and emotions that are deep rooted in the subconscious.
Working with the subconscious mind is crucial for positive, long-term, effective change as it controls 90% of our day to day lives whereas our conscious mind only influences us by 10%.

THE SCIENE BEHIND RTT
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a form of neuroscience. It allows the brain neurons to change through a few processes such as direct mental commands, mindful repetition, specific actions & more. It is a practical form of neuroscience that works with the deepest part of your mind.

You will be guided into hypnosis, all whilst staying aware and being present

This part of the process will allow your mind to install positive feelings and beliefs without resistance. You will replace your outdated mindset based on your past with a fresh, positive, motivated one- ultimately enabling you to achieve freedom from your issues.
