Terms and Conditions

 

1. Membership Duration & Renewal:

Memberships are for a compulsory one-year term and automatically renew annually unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

 

 

2. Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via debit/credit card or direct debit, billed monthly or annually.

 

 

3. Early Termination Policy:

Early termination of the membership within the first year is not permitted unless due to exceptional circumstances such as medical reasons, with proper documentation required. An early termination fee of £50 may apply.

 

 

4. Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for partially used months within the annual term.

 

 

5. Membership Suspension:

Members may request a suspension of their account for up to three months per calendar year, with a minimum membership term of one year remaining. Suspension requests must be made in writing, at least 14 days prior to the desired start date.

 

 

6. Facility Rules and Conduct:

Members must comply with all facility guidelines and behave respectfully toward staff and other members. Failure to do so may result in membership termination.

 

 

7. Liability Waiver:

Fit2Go+ is not liable for personal injuries or loss/damage of personal property within its premises. Members use the facilities at their own risk.
